ends with a recital in June. Enrollment is understood to be for the
entire year which will complete a year’s syllabus of dance training for
the desired level. The dance year is based on a 36 class session. The
tuition schedule is divided into 10 monthly installments. Parents may
decide to pay the full year tuition at a discounted rate. Dance
Productions will accept students during the school year based on the
availability of space. Upon competition of a registration card and
registration payment, we will send a confirmation letter to you as well
as an informative student handbook. The handbook will serve as a useful
reference tool during the year and includes a complete studio calendar
for the dance year.
Family Discounts
We encourage the entire family to dance! Families with 2 or more
children will receive a tuition discount. Registration fees as well as
recital fees will also be discounted. Siblings must be registered on the
same day to receive discounts. Parents that want to join the fun with
our adult program can also take advantage of our family discounts.
Tuition & Refunds
No refunds are available for tuition or recital fee. If a child misses a
class we will be happy to arrange a make up class. Dance Productions
accepts payments by cash, check, Visa or Master Card.
Class Placement
Students are assigned to classes according to their ability level and
not necessarily by age or number of years of previous dance training.
During the first 6 weeks of class, students are evaluated on their
progress. If a teacher feels it would benefit the child’s individual
needs to be placed in another class, parents would be notified by the
teacher and arrangements will be made. Parents should feel free to
discuss their child’s progress with us by making an appointment with the
teacher.
Class Procedure
Each class will begin and end promptly on time. If your child is unable
to attend class, please call the office and leave a message for your
instructor. If you need to speak with instructor, please call the office
and make an appointment. Instructors are unable to meet with parents
during class sessions.
Arrival & Departure
Students should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled
class time. Students are not allowed to wait outside for parents. Please
come into the waiting area to drop off and pick up your child. If you
have an emergency and will be delayed picking up your child, please call
the office and see your child’s instructor upon arrival.

contact the studio office by phone 704-598-8288. A decision will be made
by 12:00 pm. Saturday morning classes will be decided by 7:00 am. You
will also see announcements on local television newscast. Classes closed
due to inclement weather are not made up.
Missed Classes/Absences

make up class. Please check with your teacher for an appropriate class.
Make up classes must occur within 30 days of the missed class.
Discontinued Classes
